The PTA at HWES is pleased to continue offering mini-grants. This simple process is designed to encourage teachers to request funds that will enhance student enrichment.

Risograph (Tuesday Folder) Procedure

The Fast Way:

• Make your flyer.
• Download form in Word.
• Fill it out with your information.
• Email both the form and your flyer to risograph@hwpta.org with a cc to HWES Principal Olivia Toatley at Olivia.Toatley@fcps.edu.

The Slightly Slower Way:

• Make your flyer.
• Print out form.
• Fill it out with your information.
• Attach the form to your flyer and place in the PTA box in the school office.
• Email risograph@hwpta.org to let us know your flyer is there, with a cc to HWES Principal Olivia Toatley at Olivia.Toatley@fcps.edu.

Either way the Risograph chair will get the flyer to the school administration for approval. After approval, the PTA logo will be attached, copies will be made and flyer will be distributed. Please note that materials must be submitted by Thursday in order to be included in the next week's Tuesday folders.

Girls on the Run® - is a life-changing, experiential learning program for girls in grades 3 – 6. The program
combines training for a 5k (3.1 mile) running event with self-esteem enhancing, uplifting workouts. The goals
of the program are to encourage positive emotional, social, mental, and physical development.

Please complete the entire form and print neatly – incomplete forms will not be accepted and will be returned.

Please make sure to clearly print your email address – if you do not have an email address please write in a daytime phone number.

Send in a separate form and separate check for each activity and each child – forms with one check for multiple classes or multiple students will be returned. Make checks payable to “Hunters Woods PTA.”

Enclose form and check in a sealed envelope labeled with “After-School Activities” and the name of the activity (e.g., Soccer).
